Celiac kid

I am a celiac  meaning I can't eat wheat. Celiac means that if I eat wheat my cilia in my  intestines react and dies. When my celia dies my body does not take in vitamins; that is the long term affect, the short term affect is that my body goes in to a mode where I get a fever and get sick to my stomach. When I was in grade two, I was extremely sick and I missed 50% of the days at school, until in grade three when I got diagnosed with celiac. I can't eat any thing unhealthy like chocolate or chips; because it has an ingredient called modified corn starch. I am very healthy because of my diet. I used to  find my diet hard because if I go to a party and they are serving chips and cake  then I can't eat any thing. But now I am used to it, I have my foods I can eat like gluten free bread with honey or gluten free cakes. Pretty much every restaurant has no food I can eat, except fancy restaurants; then you can ask the chef to make a special dish. The only restaurant that is cheap and  can eat at is Mongolian Village.  For $7 you can make your own dish and get free soup and rice. If you have questions just post it under the comment bar.
